Interacts with V-type ATPases (3.A.2), specifically, the G1-subunit, to regulate its activity (Radhakrishnan et al., 2011).  Syntaxin-3 (Syn-3) interacts directly with Cav2.3 to regulate its activity (Xie et al. 2016).
