9.B.97 The Acyltransferase-3/Putative Acetyl-CoA Transporter (ATAT) Family

The ATAT (COG1835 or Acyltransferase-3) family includes several proteins implicated in both transport of acyl-CoA derivatives and acyl transfer (Moynihan and Clarke, 2010). These proteins have about 330aas with about 10 putative TMSs in a possible 5+5 arrangement.
