1.A.102 The Influenza A viroporin PB1-F2 (PB1-F2) Family

The PB1-F2 protein of 90 aas, and possibly a weakly hydrophobic C-terminal TMS, exhibits viroporin activity, transporting monovalent cations and Ca2+ (Hyser and Estes 2015).
