9.B.126 The Putative Lipid IV Exporter (YhjD) Family
The YhjD family is also called the virulence facter BrkB family (Mamat et al. 2008). It is distantly related to the YihY family, and hence YihY is included in this family (TC# 9.B.126.2.1). The earlier postulate that homologues are a ribonuclease RN proved to be incorrect.
