1.E.39 The Mycobacterial Phage PBI1 Gp36 Holin (Gp36 Hol) Family

The Gp36 Hol family consists of a single protein, Gp36 of Mycobacterial phage PBI1 (116 aas; 2 TMSs).  This putative holin was identified by Castalao et al. (2012).  It may be distantly related to members of TM family 1.E.36.

This family belongs to the Holin VII Superfamily .
