*1.E.59 The Putative Acholeplasma* Phage L2 Holin (L2 Holin) Family** No publication currently describes this protein (TC# 1.E.59.1.1) or its homologues, but this protein came up in BLAST searches when members of viroporin families 1.A.95 and 1.A.100 were used as query sequences, although with poor scores. Therefore this is of particluar interest as these proteins could represent a link between prokaryotic holins and eukaryotic virus viroporins.
