9.B.32 The DUF3302 or Pfam11742 (YibI) Family
The proteins of the DUF3302 family have two N-terminal TMSs followed by a ~50aa C-terminal hydrophilic region. The topology of YihI is established (Daley et al., 2005). These proteins have a well conserved GLPGR motif that may be involved in ATP/GTP binding or hydrolysis.
