9.B.340. The Lokiarchaeota-specific 4 TMS Protein (Lok4P) Family These proteins are found only in Lokiarchaea and have 4 to 6 TMSs, sometimes followed by a hydrophilic domain. The hydrophobic peaks 2 and 5 in the 6 TMS assignment are small and may not be TMSs.
