9.B.383.  The DUF2637 (DUF2637) Family

Proteins of the DUF2637 family are usually between 300 and 500 aas and have 4 N-terminal TMSs. They include SpdA (TC# 8.A.104.1.7) and SpdB (TC# 9.B.106.1.3) of Actinobacteria, which however, are very divergent in sequence from each other. The 4 N-terminal TMS domain is characteristic of all of these proteins.
