The DUF1640 Domain-containing Protein (DUF1640) Family

The members of this family include proteins that may be in the mitorchondrial inner membrane and facilitate cytochrome c oxidase assembly. They include factors involved in maintaining cellular protein homeostasis (Dederer and Lemberg 2021).
