The Pseudomonas phage phi6 P9 protein of 90 aas with 2 possible TMSs, a mildly hydrophobic N-terminal TMS and a much more hydrophobic C-terminal TMS.  It has been used as an insertion-promoting fusion partner for human membrane proteins expressed in E. coli (Jung et al. 2015).
