9.B.331. The ATP Binding Protein (ATP-BP) Family
These proteins are annotated as either ATP binding proteins or ATPases in the NCBI protein database. The three proteins numbered 9.B.331.1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 map adjacent to each other, adjacent to a MOP superfamily protein of TC# 2.A.66.12.6, and also adjacent (on the other side) to a disulfide oxidoreductase and a hydrogenase. These three proteins may have an internal triplication based on hydrophathy profiles. TC Blast searches suggest they may have limited sequence similarity for motifs also found in the ATPases of various ABC transporters.
