1.B.61 The δ-Proteobacterial Porin (δ-Porin) Family

Members of the δ-porin family were retrieved with Blast searches with iterations for families 1.B.31 and 1.B.25.  Thus, these proteins may all be in a single superfamily.



This family belongs to the Outer Membrane Pore-forming Protein I (OMPP-I) Superfamily .
