1.B.86.  The OmpO Outer Membrane Porin (OmpO) Family 

Some members of the OmpO family of bacteria play roles in oxidative stress tolerance (Ku et al. 2023; Yang et al. 2025). This has been documented with  Stenotrophomonas maltophilia KJ and Xanthomonas fragariae (see references cited above).



This family belongs to the Outer Membrane Pore-forming Protein I (OMPP-I) Superfamily .
