1.B.87.  The Outer Membrane beta-Barrel Porin (OMPP) Family 

These protein homologs are numberous and consist of outer membrane β-barrel proteins of bacteria.  They are of about uniform sizes of about 180 amino acid residues.



This family belongs to the Outer Membrane Pore-forming Protein I (OMPP-I) Superfamily .
