The nuclear export protein complex, Brr6-Brl1-Apq12 (de Bruyn Kops and Guthrie 2001).  Apq12 may be involved in the regulation of lipid homeostasis in the endoplasmic reticulum, thereby impacting nuclear pore complex biogenesis and localization, and nucleocytoplasmic mRNA transport (Lone et al. 2015). Brr6 and the C-terminal 140 aas of Brl1 are homologous.
