Short putative ORF10 protein of 38 aas and 1 N-terminal TMS. This protein has been shown to be a viroporin that is inhibited by Amantadine (Toft-Bertelsen et al. 2021). Amantadine blocks the ion channel activity of ORF10 (Toft-Bertelsen et al. 2021).  See family description for details.
